Buggy Choke

Straight Ankle Lock
A fundamental leg lock hyperextending the ankle with a figure-four grip.
Heel Hook
A devastating rotational knee attack gripping the heel and twisting.
Kneebar
A hyperextension attack on the knee using the same mechanics as an armbar.
Toe Hold
A rotational foot lock attacking the ankle and knee simultaneously.
Scissor Sweep
A fundamental closed guard sweep using a scissoring leg motion.

Flower Sweep
