A high-amplitude sweep using a big leg swing to generate sweeping momentum.
The pendulum sweep uses the momentum of swinging your outside leg in a wide arc to generate the force needed to topple your opponent. You control one arm (typically with an overhook or wrist control), swing your leg high to load their weight onto you, then reverse the pendulum direction while blocking their far leg. The height and timing of the swing are what make this sweep work against larger opponents. It's a beautiful display of leverage over strength.
