Interactive 3D Preview — drag to orbit
A power takedown shooting on both legs to drive through the opponent.
The double leg takedown shoots deep on both of your opponent's legs, drives your shoulder through their hips, and runs them to the mat. The key mechanics are a good level change, penetration step, and driving through with your legs — not lifting with your back. The double leg is the most powerful takedown in wrestling and translates directly to BJJ and MMA. It requires good timing to avoid sprawls and guillotines but rewards committed, explosive entries.
