Buggy Choke
Turn this technique into part of your actual training plan.
Save notes, drill it in sessions, then connect it to your game.
Finish the fight. An unorthodox choke from bottom side control using your legs around the neck.
The buggy choke is a modern submission where you attack from bottom side control by threading your far leg over your opponent's head and locking a triangle-like squeeze around their neck. It exploits the fact that most people feel safe in side control and don't expect leg-based attacks from there. Popularized in recent competition circuits, the buggy choke requires flexibility and precise timing but has proven effective at the highest levels as a surprise attack.
